ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Additional Drivers including spouse are allowed at EUR8.00 per day, maximum charged is EUR96.00. Additional Drivers must meet all renter requirements.

Toddler/Infant seats are on request at counter EUR10.00 per day, maximum charged is EUR120.00. Subject to availability. Booster Seats are on request at counter EUR5.00 per day, maximum charged is EUR60.00. Subject to availability. Navigational Systems (NAV) are on request at the counter at EUR10.00 per day, maximum charged is EUR120.00. Subject to availability.

COVERAGES

Loss Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included in the rental rate. Customer's responsibility in case of damage or theft is reduced to EUR1000.00. Items not covered by the inclusive waiver policies (unless Super Damage Waiver is taken): Roof, underside, windows and tires. Super Damage Waiver (SDW) is optional at EUR18.00 per day, maximum 12 day charge. Purchase reduces renter's responsibility in case of damage or theft to zero. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is optional at EUR5.00 per day, maximum 12 day charge. Third Party Liability is included in the rental rate.

DRIVING RESTRICTIONS

Driving Restrictions: Vehicles may be driven into the following countries only: Belgium, France, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Italy, United Kingdom, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, Norway. A Cross Border Fee will be charged if crossing the following borders: Belgium/Luxembourg EUR25.00; Germany/France EUR50.00; All others EUR100.00. Please note that All vehicles cannot be driven into Norway, Sweden and Finland between October 1st and April 1st as vehicles are not winterized for extreme weather conditions.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Deposit required at time of rental is the amount of the insurance excess + rental cost for the vehicle. Location is not responsible for any losses caused by fluctuations of currencies. Location accepts the following credit cards and/or methods of payments: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Customer must use a major credit card at the time of rental in their own name. At time of Check-out Dollar Rent a Car estimates the amount required for authorization and requests an electronic authorization from the card holder’s issuing bank. Location accepts the use of a Debit/Check card. An administration fee of €10.00 will be applied. Cash is not accepted as form of payment.

One-way rentals are not available at this location.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

REFUELING POLICY

Return vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid refueling charges.

RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

Renter must present a valid driver's license, passport, and credit card in his/her own name at time of rental. Location accepts the International Driver's Permit in conjunction with license from resident country. Minimum age is 19 years, maximum age is 80 years. Driver's license must have been held a minimum of 1 year. Renters aged 19-24 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR8.00 per day, with a maximum of EUR96.00.

RESERVATION AND RENTAL ADJUSTMENTS

Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a change of rate or additional fees. There are no refunds for early returns.
